Jonathan Koskey

Jonathan is an advocate in Corporate and Commercial Law Department of the Firm. Prior to joining the Firm, he was a Legal Assistant at Musyimi & Company Advocates. His main areas of interest include Contract Law, Company Law, Banking and Finance, Tax Law and Employment Law. Jonathan’s major focus is on conveyancing, corporate and commercial matters as he is trained to deliver the excellent results the Firm is known for.

• Acted for several Clients in the sale and purchase of Real Estate.
• Provided company secretarial services to various Clients.
• Provided contract review services in connection with various commercial transactions.
• Provided investment advisory services in relation to investments in the Kenyan capital markets.
• Participated in several corporate finance assignments for the Firm’s longtime clients.
• Part of the team that provided legal advisory services in relation to the issuance of the Linzi 003 Infrastructure Asset-Backed Securities, a programme designed to raise KES 44,791,000,000 for the construction of the Talanta Sports City Stadium.
• Part of the team that offered legal audit services to the Batian Income Property Fund.
