Victor Mugambi

Victor is an Associate focusing on corporate and commercial law, company secretarial practice and governance audits. His interests lie in facilitating effective corporate governance frameworks in organizations, enhancing compliance and achieving sustainable growth through establishment of sound corporate governance structures.

He is an Advocate of the High Court of Kenya, a Certified Company Secretary, a Certified Governance Auditor and a member of the Institute of Certified Secretaries. Victor holds a Bachelor of Laws (LL. B) degree from the University of Nairobi. He is also currently pursuing the Certified Investment and Financial Analyst (CIFA) qualification to deepen his understanding of financial regulation and strategy.

Victor is passionate about financial literacy, inclusive growth and developing innovative governance solutions that promote integrity, accountability and sustainability of entities.
