Bernard is an Associate in the Litigation and Dispute Resolution Department at KN Law LLP. He is an Advocate of the High Court of Kenya with a keen interest in Arbitration, Debt Recovery, Mergers and Acquisitions, Employment Law, Data Protection and Tax.
