Cassandra Wachilonga

Cassandra is a Senior Associate at KN Law LLP where she focuses on corporate and commercial law, mergers and acquisitions, private equity, competition law, capital markets, data protection, employment law, TMT and intellectual property. She also has experience advising clients on real estate and construction.

She has advised several clients across various sectors on their local and multi-jurisdictional due diligence exercises for M&A transactions relating to regulatory compliance, employment law and intellectual property.
