Charles has a decade’s worth of experience in legal practice and advisory, hedged with a wealth of experience in property law and conveyancing, real estate project structuring and financing, and securitisation. He also possesses a keen interest and has built knowledge in commercial and corporate law, having advised a wide range of clients — both in the private and public sectors — on diverse legal aspects within these scopes.
He has been involved in property and real estate transactions collectively valued at billions of shillings, including the legal structuring and restructuring of corporate entities in different sectors of retail and manufacturing. He has also been part of legal teams advising development sectors at county and national government levels, as well as multilateral organisations. Charles’ proudest contributions to the firm include business development and guiding Associates in their day-to-day challenges. His ultimate ambition is Judgeship.
Charles is an Advocate of the High Court of Kenya, and a Commissioner for Oaths and Notary Public, and holds a Bachelor of Laws Degree (LL. B) from the University of Nairobi and a Diploma in Law from the Kenya School of Law.
