Jerry’s practice focuses on corporate and commercial transactions. He has advised on cross-border deals collectively worth over US$ 12 million, including fund structuring, convertible loan facilities, and multi-jurisdictional funding arrangements. His transactional experience includes supporting high-value acquisitions and share purchases, managing due diligence, transaction structuring, and completion formalities.
Jerry holds a Bachelor of Laws degree (LL.B), from the University of Nairobi, and a Postgraduate Diploma in Law from the Kenya School of Law. He is a Certified Secretary (CS) graduate and is currently pursuing a Master of Laws (LL.M) in Corporate and Commercial Law at the University of Nairobi.
