BIOGRAPHY

Raynold Ngondo is part of our real estate and commercial team. He brings to the firm practical problem-solving skills; which clients have come to appreciate. His forte is real estate structuring, project finance, securitisation and company secretarial services. He handles banking and finance transactions, and has assisted in the structuring of complex residential and mixed-use development projects and incorporation of special purpose vehicles for various ventures. His prior experience in litigation involves assisting multinationals and local clients in resolving labour-related and debt collection disputes. He has also been integral in making proposals for real estate projects, preparation of prequalification documents for tenders, and reviving dormant real estate files to allow collection of fees from those transactions. His proudest moment at KN Law LLP has been participating in and contributing to a commercial paper programme transaction, which was an altogether new area of practice for him. His ambition as a lawyer is to be the choice of clients in large and complex commercial transactions.
