Cyd Shikanga

Cyd Shikanga is an Associate focusing on Corporate and Commercial Law and Commercial Litigation. His main areas of interest are Company Law, Capital Markets, Banking Law, Employment Law, Capital Raising, Debt Restructuring and Conveyancing. He is an Advocate of the High Court of Kenya and a member of the Law Society of Kenya. His main goal is to grow into a trusted advisor who not only understands the law but also the business realities behind it.

• Part of the team that provided legal advisory services in relation to the Privatization of a government-owned entity through an Initial Public Offering.

• Advising on the structuring, establishment, and regulatory compliance of Real Estate Investment Trusts.

• Managing litigation files including Commercial and Land Law cases from initiation stage to resolution.

• Conducting legal due diligence and compliance audits for corporate clients across sectors such as health, banking, insurance, and manufacturing companies.
