Vivianne is a legal practitioner with over five years’ post admission experience. Her main areas of practice are Real Estate and Conveyancing, Banking and Securitisation, Employment Law, Corporate and Commercial Law.

Vivianne has broad-based expertise in her areas of practice, having represented both local and international individual and corporate clients. She has advised clients on various issues including acquisition and sale of property, due diligence exercises, and perfection of securities.  She has also concluded the drafting of commercial contracts of significant value, importance and complexity.

Vivianne is an Advocate of the High Court of Kenya, a Commissioner for Oaths and Notary Public, and holds a Bachelor of Laws Degree (LLB) from Riara University and a Diploma in Law from the Kenya School of Law. She is also a graduate Certified Secretary.

  • Drafting and perfection of a wide range of securities of different values
  • Advised and assisted a client in conducting a resurvey of property in Nairobi
  • Part of the legal team involved in the negotiation and drafting of a consultancy contract worth KES 2 billion
  • Provided legal advisory to companies looking to establish subsidiaries and branches in Kenya
  • Part of a team involved in conducting a legal audit for a private company to establish compliance prior to its dissolution
