In keeping with our strategic positioning as a niche commercial law firm, we act in specialised commercial dispute resolution on behalf of select clients who entrust us with complex commercial disputes requiring arbitration and other alternative resolution mechanisms.

Litigation practice in Kenya is often adversarial, but our process is not. We understand that clients would rather save time and cost than pursue process. Our approach, then, is to assist our clients to settle out of court, cognisant of the eventuality that besides outlays, legal action can be uncertain and emotionally draining. We consistently pursue the best possible outcome for our clients without the need to score points against the opposition.
