Our Employment and Immigration function assists clients in setting up Employee Share Ownership Plans, alongside executive compensation and incentive schemes. We also offer advisory services on labour laws, employment contracts, redundancies and termination, and retirement benefits schemes. Our best work in immigration law has seen us advise and help businesses, organisations and individuals to make applications for work, investor and other permits required by foreign nationals aspiring to reside in or work in Kenya.

We have advised a number of clients on redundancy procedures under Kenyan law, followed by successful implementation. In respect of one client, the process was challenged in the courts unssuccessfully, until the Supreme Court. Some of the clients who have benefited from our expertise in employment matters include Heritage Insurance (part of the Liberty Group of South Africa), Planning Systems Limited, and ERM Consulting.
