Stefani Wanjeri

Stefani Wanjeri is an Advocate of the High Court of Kenya focusing on Corporate and Commercial Law. Her main areas of interest include private equity and venture capital, mergers and acquisitions, banking and finance, corporate governance, employment law, and data protection.
She advises investors, lenders, and corporate entities on a range of transactional and regulatory matters. Her goal is to develop as a commercially astute legal advisor with the ability to provide practical, business-oriented solutions within complex legal and regulatory environments.

• Advising on corporate and commercial transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, equity investments, and capital raising
• Supporting lenders and borrowers in financing transactions, including structuring and implementation of secured lending arrangements
• Conducting legal due diligence and providing risk-based advisory across corporate, regulatory, employment, and data protection matters
• Drafting and negotiating a broad range of commercial and transactional agreements
• Advising on corporate governance, company structuring, and ongoing regulatory compliance requirements
• Providing employment and labour law advisory, including review of contracts, policies, and workplace compliance frameworks
• Advising on data protection and privacy compliance, including regulatory registrations, audits, and implementation of compliance measures.
